A very popular area for real estate and investment opportunities, Cabopino (which is only a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Marbella) is mostly known for having one of Spain´s most beautiful marinas; small but stylish with several Spanish and international restaurants, but not so well known to the general passing public, because it cannot be seen from the road. Cabopino can be termed as a ‘boutique’ resort. Though there are no hotels around the marina itself, there are many within a short distance such as the Four Star Vime La Reserva de Marbella, right on Cabopino Golf’s doorstep, the Marbella Beach resort just under 2km’s away and the Five Star Don Carlos Hotel also within the area.  For those who love partying on the beach until the early hours, there is one of the world famous Nikki Beach Club’s situated on the beach below; an integral social element of the Don Carlos Hotel.
